Recipes

Recipe for carob brownies:

12 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 4 eggs, 1,5 cup all-purpose flour, 1 cup carob powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 cup granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 2 teaspoon baking powder, Powdered sugar

- In a bowl mix beat eggs, granulated sugar and vanilla until thick, pour in the extra virgin olive oil and stir until blended.

- In another bowl mix together flour, carob powder, baking powder and salt; put into egg mixture and stir just until smoothly blended.

- Spread the mixture into the baking pan and bake in a 165 C° oven for 20 minutes.

- Let it cool and spread powdered sugar over top.

- Cut into squares.

Recette pour le gâteau de caroube (sans cacao, sans gluten, sans sucre, sans beurre):

1 tasse de cacao de caroube CRETA CAROB™ (ou farine de caroube), 2/3 tasse d’huile d'olive extra vierge ELEADORA™, 3 tasse de farine de maïs, 1 tasse de lait, 1/2 tasse de jus d'orange frais, 6 cuillères à soupe de sirop de caroube CRETA CAROB™, 5 œufs, 2 sachets vanilline, 1 sachet de poudre à lever, 1 cuillère à café de cannelle en poudre. Mettre à cuire à 170 °C pendant 45 à 60 minutes.

Mettre à cuire à 170 °C pendant 45 à 60 minutes.
